How the Booking Works
Just a few steps to your tandem flight:
1. Choose flying area & date
Select your preferred flying area – Zwölferhorn at Lake Wolfgangsee, Gaisberg in Salzburg or Loser in Altaussee – and see all available dates directly in the booking calendar.
2. Complete your booking online
Enter your contact details and complete the booking. Payment is optional and can be made securely online or directly on the day of your flight.
3. Receive booking confirmation
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all important information about your tandem flight.
4. Meet at the flying site
On the booked date, we meet directly at the respective flying area. All meeting point details are included in your booking confirmation.

How far in advance should I book a tandem flight?
All currently available dates are displayed transparently in our online booking calendar. Ideally, you should book your tandem flight one to two weeks in advance. For short-notice flights, booking one to two days ahead is often still possible.
During peak season and on popular flying days, dates may be fully booked several days in advance. However, we usually manage to find a suitable option. If your preferred date is no longer available in the calendar, we recommend contacting us directly by phone so we can try to find an alternative.
If you are on holiday, it is best to schedule your tandem flight at the beginning of your stay, leaving enough flexibility in case the flight needs to be postponed due to weather conditions.
Is a spontaneous booking or a tandem flight for today possible?
Yes, in many cases we can organize tandem flights at short notice or even on the same day. Available dates for the coming days are shown directly in the booking calendar.
For very short-notice requests or same-day flights, please call us or send us a WhatsApp message. This allows us to quickly check if a flight slot is available and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I book a tandem flight for several people at the same time?
Yes, you can book multiple participants at once directly in the booking calendar. We usually fly with two to six tandem pilots, allowing several guests to fly at the same time, each with their own pilot.
Larger groups are also possible. In this case, flights are organized in multiple rounds to ensure a safe and relaxed experience for everyone. For group bookings or special requests, we recommend contacting us directly so we can coordinate everything optimally.
How does payment for the tandem flight work?
Payment is simple and flexible. You can either pay directly on site on the day of your flight or choose to pay securely online during the booking process.
Online payment options include Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit or debit card, and AliPay. You can choose the payment method that suits you best.
What happens if the weather is not suitable for flying?
Safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions are not suitable for flying, we will contact you as early as possible. As paragliding weather often can only be reliably assessed at short notice, this decision is usually made on the day before your scheduled flight.
If the flight cannot take place due to weather conditions, we will try to find an alternative date together. If this is not possible, any amount already paid will be fully refunded.
Are there any age or weight limits, and do I need to be fit?
There is no fixed age limit for tandem paragliding. We are also happy to fly with children; in this case, a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian is required. The standard weight range is 20 to 100 kg. At Zwölferhorn at Lake Wolfgangsee, flights of up to 130 kg are possible using special equipment (additional charge applies).
Normal physical fitness is completely sufficient. For takeoff, you simply need to take a few running steps together with the pilot. No special athletic skills are required.

First, select your preferred date in the booking calendar. In the next step, simply enter your voucher code. The flight price will then be automatically reduced by the voucher value.
