The most important information for voucher holders
How long is a voucher valid for?
Our vouchers are generally valid for 3 years.
Can the voucher be passed on to someone else?
Yes, the voucher is transferable.
What happens in bad weather?
If the conditions on the planned flight day are not likely to be safe, we will contact you 1-2 days in advance. Together we will then look for a suitable alternative date when the weather is suitable for flying again. The postponement is of course free of charge – safety is always our priority.
Is the flight suitable for children?
Yes – from approx. 20 kg body weight, after consultation.
Do I have to wear sports-specific clothing for the tandem flight?
No, special sportswear is not necessary. Sturdy shoes and clothing suitable for the weather are important.
As you will feel a headwind of around 40 km/h during the flight, we recommend a windproof jacket.
We provide all the flying equipment (helmet, harness etc.) on site.
